WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP ?

MotoDecal.com works hard to ship your order as soon as possible! Orders received between Monday and Friday will generally be shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed after 12 p.m. on Friday, any time during Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped the following week. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number.

* Please make sure that the 'Shipping' address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.

WHEN SHOULD MY ORDER ARRIVE ?

We send the orders using Priority airmail. You should receive your order as follows - Europe 7-14 business days, United States & Canada 9-18 business days and Rest of the World 12-22 business days (business day are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). It's important to note that in some countries, you may need to allow an additional 4-5 days for customs clearance. 

EXPRESS SHIPPING ? 

We also offer an express shipping option. If you need this service please contact us before ordering. Our shipping partners advertise express delivery in 5-9 business days (business day are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays).

CAN I SEND DECALS TO SOMEONE ELSE ?

 Absolutely! The 'Billing' address must be your own, however you can choose a different 'Shipping' address. We don't include any invoices or payment information in the packages.
